Installing & Upgrading ArtDatabase

ArtDatabase is simply a pre-made database which is ready for use by the end-user. Although basic familiarity with computers is required, you do not need to know how to code or to build edit databases to use the database.

Installation
A macro needs to be copied to your installation of OpenOffice.org for the Purchase Orders form to work. Instructions for this are included in ArtDatabase in the form setup_instructions_for_first_time_use_or_after_reinstalling_ooo.

Upgrading From Previous Versions
Upgrading instructions are bundled with each new distribution of ArtDatabase. It is recommended that you upgrade from one version to the next, without skipping a version.
